    Purchased a newborn posing table from Newborn Studio Props via Internet on 5/13/25. Received "sorry, your product is delayed due to tariffs" email on 5/17/25 with no sspeicifc delivery date.Emailed for updated on: 5/22, 5/28, 6/2 and now today regarding the status/ delivery time of my newborn posing table with no ************** today requests 24 hour response or I'll be contacting my bank to start refund process.

    I placed an order for the newborn photography posing table on Feb 26. It was a pre-order so I expected to wait a while. It is now June 6 I have received no updates and my contact attempts have not be answered. I either want a refund or for the item I purchased to be shipped.

    On April 17, I ordered a Newborn posing bed for $452.43 the order is on back order until May. Ive emailed them several times and tried to get a hold of them and Im not able toget a hold of anybody just requesting. When am I scheduled to get this bed? Apparently this is a common issue. People are ordering it, and are not receiving any kind of responses from the company at all. There is no direct phone number where I can call them. I am not getting any responses through our ******** messenger I am not getting any responses through email and I am not sure what to do at this point.

    I placed order on 12/9/24, after which I immediately emailed the company requesting cancelation, as we decided to make do with what we have. I have neither received the products nor refund. I've send several emails, to which I have not received a response. The phone number listed on their ******** page is a non working number. I would like assistance with obtaining a refund.

    I purchased a photography posing table from this business Oct. 20, 2024. The order was a pre-order and was promised to ship in *******. The company also promised to keep me updated on the status of the order periodically. Time had passed and I hadn't yet heard an update from the company, so I chose to reach out to them by email. That email went unanswered, the ******* ship date came and went, so I emailed again multiple times, attempted to call, left a message on their social media page, and even filled out a support ticket through their website. All correspondences have been ignored. I attempted to dispute the charge though my card company, but unfortunately there is a 90 day limit on disputes. It was then that I came to the realization that Newborn Studio Props very conveniently places their "ship" dates past the 90 day period. They have disabled reviews on all of their websites making it impossible to warn other consumers of their scams.

    I have contacted this company for a week to receive a refund with no responses I have emailed two different email addresses, called the number provided and left messages, even used ******** messenger.
