I called All Star based on the great reviews they had received. I thought my issue was a simple back up (toilets). I was told that I had a cracked pipe under my master bathroom floor. $5670.00. ****** to have them fix it. (My bad. ALWAYS get another quote or two.). They came out on 05/05/25 andfixed the cracked pipe, but after that I was told that there were still issues and I needed an additional $20,000 worth of work! Long story short, my brother in law called another plumber and the additional issue was fixed for $1000. I have called four times to get an itemized invoice and have not received a return call from the manager. I would like to see the cost breakdown. ($5670 is a lot of money!) I used their financing so they have been paid and I am guessing I will never get my itemized invoice. ******** customer service. (And WHY will they not provide an itemized breakdown for what I am paying???). I have called 5 times and left a message for a manager call. No one has returned my call.

My home warranty has authorized me to find a vendor to fix an emergency issue with my water heater. I contacted All City Plumbing, and they promptly completed the repair between April 13 and 16. However, my warranty team (watched emails) has been trying to reach them with an itemized list since April so that they can reimburse me, but All City Plumbing is not responding to the request. I called All City Plumbing to request that they address this issue soon last month; otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I had got my pipe fixed by All City Plumbing because there was a burst that caused water damage and mold to my wall. During mitigation the mitigation team found another pipe that was leaking. I then called All City Plumbing to come fix the other leak when they did a bunch of tests and said I would need a whole repipe which would cost me $28,000. I said that was pretty expensive and they gave me a discount for $26,000. The interest is *****% interest for 15 years which comes to about $332 per month. I was in desperate need because my whole wall was taken apart at the time for a few weeks already. The price still didn't seem right to me. So i got some other quotes for around $10,000 which is way cheaper than they were charging me. I tried to call the supervisor to tell him I wanted to cancel and felt pressured because he told me they already had a crew coming down even though the contract said I had 72 hrs to cancel. They didn't do a good job. They left a big mess that we had to cleanup. The supervisor offered to help cleanup. But by then we had already cleaned the mess ourself. One of the workers was rude to my wife. Also, I was told during signing that I would have a year to start making payments thinking ok I have some time to try to pay some of this off and found out later that wasn't the case and i would have to start paying the next month. They did call back to see if there was something that they could do after I had made a bad Yelp review. I had told them and they said they'll see what they could do. Nothing was done to resolve the issue. I really feel like I was taken advantage of and ripped off by this company and feel uneasy about these $332 payments that I have to make for the next 15 years because for me personally that's alot of money. The other workers were nice besides that one that was rude to my wife. But as I also mentioned in my Yelp interview nice doesn't cut it when it comes to money. I'm sure they also had a nice smile all the way to the bank.
