    They don't respond to calls or emails from ** or from our home warranty company. It has been nearly 3 weeks without a water heater.We were understanding and patient for the first 10 days but that has gotten us nowhere.The one quote we did get was that we would have to pay $810 out of pocket for disposal and modifications for a water heater that was installed to code 6 years ago.

    My warranty company hired them to fix my water heater pump . We haven’t had hot water for two weeks. This company promised to call me after they placed an order on part. A week and a half goes by and no one has called or ordered part. I filed a complaint with my warranty company.
