    Incident on 9/20/2024 This is my third visit to this Clinic for the month of September 2024. I took my father to get a *** on his shoulder and arm and when I went to the clinic for the first visit on 9/18/2024. The lab technician could not complete the entire *** scan and I had to take my father back on 9/19/2024 and so when I took my father on that day. They would continue the process because i was a little late to his appointment and refused to service us. So They told to come back on Friday 9/20/2024 and when I came with my father on that appointment and we were on time too, they would not do the *** because they did not receive the lab work order for this *** Procedure, which does not make sense because they did this on 9/18/2024. So I had my husband call the specialist who made the order and sent it to them but they would still not do the procedure because it did have the word "HUMERUS" was in the lab order. So I had to call my husband again to call the specialist again to make sure they add the word "HUMERUS" on the order. My husband had to call the office 6 times until someone from that office called back and finally corrected the lab order and added the word "HUMERUS" on it and FAX it to them and also email me a copy of it too. Once Grove Imaging got the lab order they still refuse to do the *** procedure for the my father because I am already late to the appointment and they could not continue with this procedure. So I have an appointment this coming Monday at 9/23/24 to try to finish this procedure for my father. This was and is a very frustrating process for me and my aging father.
