    This company advertised jeans and I bought a couple pair. What they advertised on the website is not what they sent me. I received cheaply made rayon pants that looked like they were made for a clown! Not even remotely close to what they advertised. I contacted the company and all they want to do is come to an agreement where they return 35% of my money and I keep the pants. I do not want these pants I want my money back and they will not do it! They keep going back and forth with my instead. I will not wear these pants they are ugly and not what I ordered not to mention the quality. I want my money back and they can have their pants back. If I had spent $25 I wouldn't be fighting this hard but it was over $100. That's a lot to just let go of!

    I ordered 3 pairs of Jeans and you can clearly see that this product is jeans in the receipt I provided. What I received was 3 pairs of very ugly stretchy fabric pieces of clothing. The print on them is bleeding into the other prints on the fabric and they are not even the size that was advertised on the website. This is not at all what I ordered and thought I was getting.

    On April 8, 2025 I placed an order on the Mifulan website for a womans sleeveless halter dress slim fit sparkly sequins bodycon dress, for a price of $43.99 plus $8.00 shipping for a total of $51.99. I reviewed the size chart to ensure I ordered a size well within my measurements, and I also reviewed the return policy to ensure I would be able to return the item if it did not work out once I received it. The return policy states Thank you for shopping at Mifulan. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.1. Returns:You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received ***** be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.2. Refunds:Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.3. Contact us:If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us at [email protected] received an email stating my item shipped on 4/11/2025 at 11:29 pm.I received my item the afternoon of 4/19/2025.I opened my item later that evening to assess and try on, only to find the quality of the product was not as described or shown on the website. The item does not fit despite using the size guide used to make my decision and the item quality is not as described.I emailed the business as per return policy, on 4/19/2025 asking for help with initiating a return. I received no response.I emailed again 4/21/2025 and have yet to receive a response. Please help.

    I ordered an item online. They sent me a completely different item, not even similar to what I ordered. When I contacted them, they insisted that I must pay for the return shipping. This company is a complete scam. They show pictures of lace dresses but what you get is a dress with a screen print of lace.

    I placed an online order with this business on January 24, 2025 and my order still hasn't been shipped. When I check my order status online it says awaiting shipment. I emailed them twice about my order and haven't received a response and it's been over a week. Please help
