      I am rejecting this response for the following reasons:


      No Partial Refund for Delay I did not receive any partial refund for the delay, despite the inconvenience caused.


      Delayed and ********************************* responded to this complaint after a year. At this point, the response is essentially meaningless and offers no resolution.


      Misleading Information I did not expect Five Star to be a parts provider, as that was never communicated to us initially. We allowed sufficient time for them to order the necessary parts and scheduled an appointment accordingly. However, the process did not unfold as promised, and we received no updates on the status. Delays are understandable, but failing to communicate them is unacceptable.


      Unprofessional Attitude The owner's attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite paying in full, we deeply regret choosing Five Star to install our furnace. What their salesperson initially promised was entirely different from the actions and behavior of both the owner and the technician.


      Warranty and Repair Issues After the furnace was installed, we discovered that we are now locked into relying on Five Star for any future repairs, as only they can order the parts under the manufacturers warranty. This creates an unfair dependency, allowing them to dictate repair costs, which is deeply concerning.


      This entire experience has been a disaster and a source of ongoing frustration.

      bility. Their technician arrived in the morning to collect the broken parts, promising to return with replacements within an hour.However, by afternoon, no technician had arrived. The customer ********************** representative assured us it would be fixed by the end of the day. Both my husband and I took the day off for the appointment.Later, a member of their management team called to inform us they dont know where the parts are and dont have a schedule for the repair, suggesting we may have to wait indefinitely. Its frustrating that they didnt inform us earlier or suggest rescheduling.As of now, we've received no updates from the company. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. At this point, were unsure when we can expect the furnace to be fixed.

      This complaint was regarding a part that was on back order.  Yes we did give the client a date to install the part but we also let the client know that it was pending the parts arrival.  A lot of times clients think of us as a parts supplier which we are not.  We are service providers.  Parts are made by the manufacturer of the product and we are not in control of their time line for delivery of the parts.  Nonetheless the part did arrive and as always we made sure that the part was installed properly by our expert technicians.  Also the client was given a partial refund for the delay.  Service All-Stars is a client obsessed company and our every day aim is to provide five star service that our clients deserve.  Upwards and Onwards!

      I have been trying to have someone come and service my AC unit for a few weeks and finally go someone to come out to find out he couldn't fix the problem and he said himself that someone would be coming back in two to three days and no one ever showed up. I did not receive a call letting me know any information. I had to call two times and on the second call the only operator was able to get me an appointment for Thursday Sep 1st from 11am-1pm and no one showed up. I called once again and I got no straight response on why no one has showed up. I didn't even get the chance to reschedule. The one worker that came in didn't seem like he even knew what he was doing, he took my original thermostat out and put an old one in its place and it's not working.

      Problem has been resolved, the actual owner came by to fix the problem. I had to tell him that I contacted the *** and I wrote a bad review on***** for him to actually finally do something.
