    On November 18, 2022 I placed an online order with Crunchkins for 3 of their edible Christmas cards for dogs totalling $15.80 including shipping. The order number is *********. I received an order confirmation email from them the same day thanking me for my order and telling me I would be notified by email once the order shipped.
    By November 30th I hadn't heard anything from them so I emailed them asking for an update on my order. I didn't get a response to that email at all.
    December 5th, 6th and 7th I tried reaching them by phone. I left voice messages all 3 times asking for information about my order. Again, I received no replies.
    On December 8th, I tried emailing again, and again no response. On the 9th I tried calling again, (10 times!) sometimes leaving a voice message and sometimes not since by this time I was becoming more than frustrated. That was the last time I tried reaching them by phone.
    December 10th was the last time I emailed them telling them how disappointed I was in their customer service ignoring my many requests for information about my order. (Thankfully my credit card was never charged.) Needless to say, I never received the cards.
    The nature of my complaint lies in Crunchkins total lack of the common courtesy of a simple reply. That's all I asked for and to get absolutely no response doesn't leave me with a very favorable opinion of them. I told them in my last email that if this is how they treat other customers who reach out to them for information I'd be surprised if they stayed in business. While I'm disappointed that I never received the cards, I am more disappointed in the company.
    As I've said, all I wanted was an answer to my inquiry about the order. I'm hoping maybe you might be able to help me with this. If they've gone out of business or the cards sold out or something else I don't know. I just do not appreciate being ignored and that is what they have done.

    I placed an order on November 11, 2022 (Order #*********). My card has been charged and I still have not received my order. I called the company twice and had to leave a message. I’ve also sent them two emails with no reply. I’m needing my order for Christmas. Their site states 2 - 3 day shipping. I realize this is a busy time of year but it certainly should not take a month or longer to get my order. I’m also disgusted with their lack of customer service since NO ONE will answer my phone calls or emails

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although I find it difficult to believe that they can’t fill the order, since this IS THEIR WHOLE BUSINESS, I’ll just let it go.
