Please note that the business has now changed locations to ***************************************************************************************Office Manager - ********************* ************************************ ************ I had an appointment with ****************************, MD at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:20am and I was informed at 11:50am that **************** always runs late and he has two patients in front of me. They mentioned my visit would take about 45 minutes thus making the doctor over an hour behind. I am employed and I cant afford to spend 2 hours waiting on a doctor. It is well known in the office that he always runs very late if this is the case why do they CHOOSE to give patients unprofessional service and adjust his schedule instead of having us wait two hours for an appointment. My primary residence in ******, ** is over 100 miles from this office. I wanted to leave home on Sunday but couldnt have because of this appointment. I takes me ********************************************************** ************. I also had to start my workday at 5:00am so I could take an extended lunch to attend the appointment. It is extremely unprofessional that its well know in their internal staff how late he runs. The office couldve called me, rescheduled or cancelled the appointment rather than having me wait, drive and have this experience!

I am rejecting this response because:

The letter by the business calls two different doctors **************** per 3 of his staffers always runs late and my my incident he had two patients waiting and my appointment was going to take another 45 minutes. Meaning that the doctor was running 90 minutes behind before he was going to see me.

Furthermore - I never stated I was Angry labeling someone specially in writing is unprofessional and tacky. The lack of ownership and apology is obvious.

As previously stated to ***** - I arrived at 11:20am. At 11:40am I  inquired with your front desk assistant (whom was on her personal phone and ear pods in one of her ear) as to how long the wait was and thats when she informed me that there was 2 patients in front me inside waiting for the Dr. I told her that I would need to leave by noon if I wasnt inside because I had to return to work. At 11:50am the front office assistant called me to her desk and told me that each appointment takes ***** minutes and because there were two patients in front of me she made me aware that the doctor was running behind. Meaning that the doctor was running over an hour an and a half behind.

At this point I am requesting a full refund on my allergy exam co-pay which was $261.40.

    Thank you!
