    I am requesting a chargeback for tickets I purchased to An Evening with ****** ****** in Concert with the Desert Symphony, scheduled for March 12, 2025, at Agua Caliente Casino **************The primary performer, ****** ******, was replaced by ******* ******** shortly before the event. While the venue claims to have sent an email on March 6, 2025, offering refunds until March 10, I did not see that email and had no reasonable opportunity to ********** a result, I attended an event that was not what I paid for. I made multiple efforts to contact the venueincluding voicemails and letters to two managersbut received no response.Because the event was materially changed without timely or effective notification and I was denied a fair refund process, I am requesting a chargeback of $174.30 under "services not received as described."

    I went into the essential gift shop on 8/4/23 and purchased a pair of sunglasses. Prior to purchasing the sunglasses, I requested the return policy information from the employee who stated that I was able to return them if I was unsatisfied.

    On 8/5/23, I tried returning the glasses and the manager stated the she was not willing to return the pair because that is not their policy. I informed the manager that it was contradictory to what the employee had stated. The employee, present on 8/5/23, confirmed stating the misinformation regarding the return policy.

    The manager disregarded her employees mistake and refused to refund the item.

    I won a $1900 jackpot and a security guard named ****** forfeited my money and banned me for 5 days claiming that he was doing this bc I was already banned. During this time he kept antagonizing me and telling me to "do something", which he would say to me when he saw that i was getting upset about the situation. As far as being banned at the time, I know this to be false because I had won a jackpot the day before and received my winnings without any issues. So I would like to 1. Make a complaint regarding the treatment I received by the security guard, which was incredibly unprofessional, and 2. Recieve my winnings.
