    I would certainly give this company less than 1 star if I could. Do NOT use them. They are either incompetent, over-their-head, or fraudulent or all of the above. I rented a machine from them, the first one arrived and it didn't work and I was under a critical timeline for flying my husband to the start of a clinical trial. I had to pay by check as they did not accept credit cards (should have been my first red flag). They do not answer the phone with the name of the company of the person that you are speaking with. Usually, if you get them at all, it is 'hello'. They do not return emails, calls or texts sometimes not at all or sometimes delayed by weeks and months. They gave me a proposal to buy back my machine at a deep discount. I shipped the machine back per their specifications--I had to pay *** because they no longer have an account there (another red flag). It then took almost 20 months and with the help of a lawyer to get my money back. I am thinking that they just delayed hoping I would forget. Very bad management and process. Go anywhere else.
