    I think that this company baits you in and after you're in they do what ever. I called several time to speak with someone about my account, only to speak to someone didn't have any knowledge of me are my account. This company have taken money out of my bank account on the contract agreement to paid and lower my interest rate on my *********** Card, come to find they miss the Jan. 1st 2024, and late in Feb., payment with ***********. Which brought down my credit score down to 712 from a 771 score. *************************** ******************************************************************* DATE:CONTRACT ID #:MONTHLY PAYMENT:APPROXIMATE COMPLETION DATE:NOVEMBER 16, 2023 ****** $140.00 WHAT YOUR CREDIT CARDS REALLY COST YOU!     They have been very patient and helpful. There was some confusion when I started with them. Two payments that came back to them with insufficient funds, and they covered it. I will be able to fix things with them, but they are working with me. They did a great job on getting the interest rate lower with my creditors. Monthly payments with three creditors is 75% lower than what I was paying.
