I used this service over a year ago to file divorce papers, they've continued to charge me and did not honor the services of helping me with filing my divorce. I've been trying to get in touch with the company for months, I've left numerous messages and emails. No one returns my calls or emails; I want them to stop charging me this fee.Initial Complaint

I filed for divorce through them on September 24, 2024. I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week. When I try to log in to my account it says that my account has been canceled because of a charge back on my payment. I contacted my bank (chime) and they said that my payment was successful and that it went through and there was not a charge back on the payment. So they took my payment and did not send my divorce papers. I have emailed them and no one responded back. I have tried to call them for over a week and no one answers the phone. The recording said that I would receive a call either within 60 minutes or the next business day. They have not returned my call. I can't get back into my account. I was going to see if I could download the papers but I can't log in. I spent $164 to have them and have them mailed to me. I guess they are doing shady business and I can't get anywhere on my own.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was August 15th 2024 in the amount of $164. I was promised divorce papers to be sent to me via priority ***** There was no where to download the papers after spending an hour and a half filling it all out. They took my money before they let me fill out all of my information. I have used this company in 2015 in the past so I thought it was still a legit company. Their phone number that is listed on their website which is ************** is no longer in service and their chat feature is not working. I have been trying to correspond via email and I've had zero responses. I researched this company afterwards on trustpilot and people have said that it is no longer in business. But they took my money. They have sent no email confirmations of payment even though the payment came out of my bank account and an email confirmation was promised. It will not let me download anything at all including the divorce papers and it says you have to call them or open a support ticket in order to have your divorce papers shipped to you.Initial Complaint

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! Signed up for services through mydivorcepapers.com for divorce paperwork on 5/8/2023. Paid $178.90. Filled out the online questions along with providing personal information and financial account information. Returned to the website on 5/9/2023 to continue completing forms. My login and password were not recognized. Clicked link for "forgot password". Got an automated email verifying my username and password and they matched what I was trying to use. There are no options to reset a password or try another log in method. Emailed the company at ****************************************** requesting help with logging in. It has been 4 days and I have received no response. On 5/9/23 (same day) I also called the ************** number on their website. It is the only phone number for the company. That number has been disconnected. This indicates to me the company is no longer in operation. There are no other means to contact the company besides the one 1 email and 1 phone number. I signed up for their services for paperwork on October 25th, 2022 and supplied all the necessary information and payment, the message I got was that they would review my info and contact me within 3 to 7 business days. A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them so I emailed them and waited another week and still got no response.I then started making phone calls only to learn that their phone number is disconnected and not in service, I have sent multiple more emails and continually called and as of today (2 months later) I have still not received a response to any emails and just a disconnected phone number when I call. I've yet to receive any paperwork or services that I've paid for and it's been nearly 2 months. I believe the company no longer exists, yet their website is still allowing people to sign up and pay money without informing them that the company is out of business.Initial Complaint

Hi BBB. What is happening is that I am having a problem with *************** On August 03rd, 2022 I paid ************** $114.43. Then on August 11th, 2022 I paid off my phone in the amount of $525.04. That account was closed on August 11th,2022. The last payment was taken out of my auto pay on September 03rd, 2022 in the amount of $66.51. That's all I owed, but ************** is holding my credit card information and will not allow me to erase that credit card data. On August 11th, 2022 as well, I opened up a new ******** account. When I continue to telephone ************** to find out why are they still holding on to my credit information when the account has already been closed since August 11th, 2022, I get Robo's (non-human) telephone calls. I am not able to speak to a real person and now as I write today September 15th, 2022 I get an email yesterday saying "Your statement is ready" and I now owe $94.46 for Aug 14 - Sep13th when my account was actually closed out on August 11th, 2022 and my last of $66.51 was paid on September 13th, 2022. It is very hard to get in contact and talk to a real person to see why I am being charged for an account takes been closed on August 11th, 2022. I am being charged for something that doesn't even exist. I need your help; because Xfinity is using ungodly scrupulous wicked deceptive practices on their consumers. Thank you.Initial Complaint

On July 30th, 2022 I used the website to fill in my information to complete documents pertaining to a divorce. I was charged a total of $153.95 for the divorce papers and a quick claim deed. The papers that I received as a PDF seemed to be incomplete, and I had some questions, and the claim was just an empty document. I attempted to call and email on multiple occasions and receive no response from email and the number appears to be disconnected. It almost appears as if the business is shuttered.Initial Complaint

On 5/24/2022 i filled out divorce papers online through mydivorcepapers.com on a recommendation from a previous client. I completed the interview process and when finished paid the $139.00 plus $20.00 fee to have the papers shipped to my house. I received no communication from them since then. I have yet to receive any papers and it is now 7/20/2022. I have tried emailing customer support and my caseworker with no response from either. The open ticket links on the page are not found and lead to a dead end. I have also tried calling the phone number provided on the website and it doesnt even ring it just hangs up. I have requested a refund through their website and it said i would receive a response within 3-7 business days it has now been 2 weeks and still no response from them.
