I think the Brave Thinking Institute is amazing! Their Dreambuilder program has changed my life and the life of my clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to live their best life and help others to do the same. They were flexible and helped me to create solutions when I had financial difficulties. They have the most caring and compassionate financial department I have ever experienced. I had no idea how I was going to pay for this program when I started but their belief in me helped me to complete the program and I am proud to be a certified Dreambuilder coach. ~************************* Certified Transformational Dreambuilder Coach

My wife, who is disabled, was on a fb 5 day challenge on Aug 30 & somehow ended up doing a zoom call with a Brave Thinking Institute rep named ***. My wife signed a digital contract without looking it over closely & she does have a TBI & verbally told them she is physically disabled with a brain injury She was verbally told something like $200 monthly with a $1000 up front but discovered the monthly was more like $600. She stated she was never told the contract was non negotiable. She tried to cancel the next day Aug 31 when she discovered the monthly amount did not coincide with what she was verbally told. They have via email offered to cancel further payment but keep the deposit amount of $1000 if she replies to an email agreeing they keep the $1k. They will follow up to the email dated 09-12-23 in the next few days. Her bank decided that they will not help her to get a refund for the deposit, I assume because she authorized the transaction. I can submit any emails she has. I don't know anything about zoom or fb if there would be any record of interaction between *********** What can we do to get her a refund of her deposit & make sure they do not charge her monthly fees.

To ****: I can assure you that we have no intention of taking advantage of disabled people and we are happy to review your account to resolve this with you and your wife. Our goal is to support our clients and one way that we do that is to remove the obstacles that have prevented them from achieving their goals and dreams in the past. As such, we do want to work with our clients to stay the course. That doesn't mean we aren't willing to resolve challenges. As a matter of fact, we have a Client Resolution team who specifically works with clients like your wife.
