    I'm a 74 year old lady that bought an ** saying that they fixed everything replaced everything because the smog was illegitimate did not pass failed asked us to bring it back up had my grandson drive it back up gave it back on an empty gas. Also was promised that they would fix items in the ** such as a generator and the leveling that was never fixed and the awning and they said that I already had a new generator that I didn't need to get a new one very unprofessional the ************* lives there with his wife which I think is totally illegal as well and they should contact the department of something so they can investigate them as well cuz I do believe it's illegal to live in a business isn't it. Also because my grandson was not on the paperwork didn't want to do business with him and they told me they're a small mom **** shop

     We rarely respond to these but feel we must because it is filled with non-truths, we asked him nicely to not come back to our dealership because of violent outbreaks he would have. 
    The truth to this is that these folks bought A **** COACH AS IS. SIGNED THE PAPERWORK AS IS .  The problem was when we smogged it didn't pass the smog. so we offer to buy it back from them with 100% refund immediately, then they disappeared for almost two months in the coach.
    They finally called us and told us it was broke down near ********. So, we sent a technician there we put a new Battery in it only to find out that the alternator and the Starter both need to be replaced. We replaced both. AT NO EXPENSE TO THE CUSTOMER. We 
    gave our technician ****** to put gas in the coach for fuel to have him bring it back to us for the smog check. The grandson did not put ****** in fuel in it he only put ***** and pocket the rest. He then did not come straight to the dealership with the coach that day. He showed up a day 
    later with the coach on empty. Once he dropped the coach to us, we paid ****** uber to have him taken to his vehicle at our expense not his. We then smogged it and repaired the concern because it would not pass, It finally passed smog. and it did that repair as well. NO Expense To The Customer.

    After all that the customer asked us to repair the entry step. and we explained that it was no longer working because they had hit something, and the steps were physically damaged. The same was asked about repairing the leveling jacks but they too had been damaged from misuse... In Closing I would like to say we as a dealership stepped up with this AS IS purchase. ours Expenses are in several of thousands of dollars and the good will is being distorted here by a some non-truths that the customer is leaving out
