    On 8/21/2024 I was referrer to this establishment by Hertz in ***************. Both of the 2 Middle Eastern males here appeared to be on meth and are in the business of scamming customers.I figured out that this place preys on people who are unable to rent a vehicle due to not having a credit card.I was given what appeared to be a salvaged 2017 **** Flex with over 90k miles (1 of his only 2 vehicles, the other is a Kia **** that he described as an SUV but is really more of a wagon. ?? It had expired tags that I didn't notice until I was en route to my destination. ***** claimed that the tags were paid but not yet received from the **** Makes sense if the tags are 5 days behind bur 5 months? Brakes and rotors were shot. Check engine light came on during our trip, probably because the car was behind in maintenance by almost 2 months.*****'s excuse was that the date in question was when the oil change was last completed, not when it was next due. The sticker clearly references a due by date, not a completed on date. ***** then showed me a fake oil change invoice that he created on his own computer to justify the discrepancy with the service dates as he was steady trying to argue that the next service date was actually the last date of service. ????? I was then told by ***** that the check engine light comes on periodically due to a recently installed oxygen sensor. I rented this vehicle to drive my family of 6 (4 minors) back and forth to Big Bear in this death trap.When I brought the car back, I was conveniently blamed for a pebble size hole in the front window, near the windshield wiper that was obviously there before I rented the car. When ***** saw that I wasn't buying into his scam, he then said that he needed to "check with corporate" to see if the damage was pre-existing. Despite being fully covered and insured (***** was provided with a claim #), ***** is attempting to hold my deposit so now I have to file a dispute with my credit union.

    According to our conversation on 09/05/2024 by phone, I did explain that we did not charge her for the damage on the windshield and her ***************** called , we did cancel the claim that she did open herself , we did not pursue . in attachment you will see the date and Milage that we did maintain the vehicle , also for the Breaks that she did complain , There is date and Milage that has been replaced as well , also the copy of her contract you will see the mileage of the car that she took the vehicle, all the vehicles has maintenance file and according to our program in computer we do the maintenance , Please see all the attachment and you will see how we take care of our vehicle , also there is a receipt by DMV that we did pay for the tag and legally car was paid and no problems,

    On February 8th, 2024, I made a deposit of $300 over the phone for a car rental of a 2020 ******* Elantra, color gray, with the license plate number *******, for the period of February 9th to February 11th. Upon returning the car and after the completion of the rental period, I noticed that only $178.41 was refunded to my original payment method. I have tried to email and call the business last week and have not receive the rest of the refund nor any photographs or evidence of damage to the car that *** have led to deductions from my initial deposit. I'm requesting the refund or evidence of the damage during the rental period.

    Quick auto rental had responded very quickly at the first day we received your email, but for some reason you did not get it, 
    I start from talking of our reviews on the ****** and Yelp, we are so proud of kind of service we provide and being in this business for a long time, Please take a moment and read our reviews. 
    Enclosed you will see a copy of rental agreement and all the numbers that has been charged , also you be able to read and see our policies, Miss XI DAL rented a car n 02/09/2024 for 2 days plus insurance , Paid $190.38 for rent and $300 security deposit , We did explain that milage is limited to 150 miles per day any over mileage will be 40 cents per mile, also at the same time getting the car , it is due back at the same time or befor, any hour being late will be $20 per hour , which she was 3 hours late, but we only charged her for one hour, one of the tires was damaged , our employee did let her know , because according to our insurance company policy, tires and windshield are not covered , she accept it and asked him to send a picture to her , but due to a raffice we had at that day he forgot , to send her a picture , Please see the rental agreement and all the policies we have ,

     I am rejecting this response because:
    my return of vehicle is NOT late. I paid $190 which is for two and half days and I did not exceed the time. Pick up is on Friday 1pm and I returned the car on Sunday 2:40pm, timestamps are in the payment receipt and message history screenshots previously attached. Please provide picture evidence for tire damage.
