Purchased an item on **** seller shipped via *** ground saver. I went to the *** a** to check tracking and the item showed delivery date to be expected on Saturday April 26th. The app also showed at the very top of the app If I would like my package sooner pay $7.99 for ground. I paid the 7.99 for upgraded shipping. About 12 hours later I notice now my package wont be delivered until Monday the 28th even though original date was the 26th so I paid more for less. I want my package delivered on Saturday or before and or a refund.Initial Complaint

I had ordered a package from ****, totaling $137.87. The carrier, ***, marked this package as delivered, but it was to the wrong location. In the picture they provided as proof of delivery, you can see a sign sitting beside the door, and there is no sign beside my door. I have checked with all my neighbors and nothing. I tried reaching out to **** and they said there is nothing they can do as it was marked as delivered, the same thing *** said. This is ridiculous! I need a refund!Initial Complaint

Hi, Im writing you all because I sent a return through *** which was pre paid from ****** as a return, however that return never made it to ******. *** had several estimates when it came to delivery but still no movement with that package. When tracking the package it shows that it stopped in ********** pa which is where a lot of other shipments go missing as well. *** refuses to investigate where my return is which is hindering my refund from ******. Im am very ***et about this. The customer service **** seem to be of no help and will quickly dismiss you off the phone. This isnt a good look for a company promising quality service for that customers. *** ground shipping promises 1-5 business days with a 90% delivery rate when it comes to most packages so I guess mine was in the 10% that took longer. This is completely unacceptable and they should definitely investigate this place ************* because once you see the reviews it seems like this is a on going thread at this hubInitial Complaint

For the past two yrs I have not been getting my packages from *** and today is the last straw they said they delivered my package to my door but it's not there and then I called they said they gave it to mantance which I just talked to them and they said they just got here my package said it was delivered at 11:04 am and they just got here at 12:24 so something is not adding up im so tired of never getting my packages from this companyInitial Complaint

******* instructed me to drop off internet wireless equipment no return label required per ******* ok I dropped off equipment at location on ************ in Shaker Hts on 3/4/25 around 5pm or so as agreed upon with *******. A black man with dread locks *** that accepted the returned Equipment he provided me with. A return equipment receipt no tracking number provided on the receipt. He the *** in the store put the device number on the receipt instead. ***********.. ******* turned my ******** service off as a result of not receiving their equipment. I contacted the *** store #**** spoke with the Manager ***** . He was condescending about the situation. I explained to him what the receipt looked like and the information on the receipt. He stated the receipt that I received was correct. There was no tracking number because of *******. However he did not provide me any input pertaining to where the equipment is currently at. *** trading term, the goods will be delivered from ***** to ***. As the agent of customer from *********** should arrange the ship with the confirmation of the customer, but they didn't obtain the confirmation and they arranged the shipping schedule with ETD 2025/02/25, the customer finally refuse this shipment and resulting in the inability of the goods to be transported. On Sept *******, I shipped 2 boxes thru the *** store in **************, In .. On Sept 23, they were dropped off at a *** contact store, Cvs at ********************************************** and were recieved by *****. My son wnt to pick up pkgs., but was told they were not there. Since then he has repeatedly call and told the same thing. I also called and was told **** are not there. I have called *** and filed a complaint and was told within 8 days I will be contacted. Each time I call I am told case was closed and they reopen it and I am told pks are at the contact store, I explain to them each time the same story and they sy they will reopen the case. All I am getting is a run around. Can you please help me. The contents are not worth more than $200 per box. I would like the **** delivered to my son or returned to me, or to be reemburse for pkgs.and shipping.
