      date of transaction 04/27/2023. amount paid for the service 2,000.00 the business committed to cut down 6 eucalyptus trees. and guaranty me that they would not re grow again. after being cut down and poisoning the stumps. the stumps are re growing again and fast. stumps need to have the new growing branches cut down/removed and re apply a good amount of poison, to stop them from re growing again. i called the supervisor his name is ******* *******, he is who give me the estimate and was here during the removal of trees. i call him he did not answer me, left message and text him and send a email too, explaining the issue hi dint get back to me. a week later i called him again on 7/6/23, we talked he said that he will try to take care of it but not right now in till possibly when they come to do other work in my area. its been two weeks since i last hear from him. it seem to me like he thinks like I'm a easy target and not be responsible and or take care of any wrong doing. invoice number- 1185 section 8.

      the second complaint thats requesting a refund we went to small claims court and the judge told us to give them a partial refund so Im in the process of getting a cashiers check but not what they wanted because you know we did what they requested. If it didnt work, you know they had to re-poison those stumps but anyways
