      Ordered a frozen vending machine on **** from WEST WAY VENDING on 2/2/23.... Total amount at that time - $3,236.25 when the machine was delivered, the driver was rude and the machine was damaged and beyond (use) at the time of delivery. West way was contacted - and again was extremely rude. West Way Vending was insisting to take it back or pay for the repair. West Way Vending sent a (compressor) that required a technician to install - west way vending claimed they would reimburse me for the repairs... now we are 4,500/5,000 in total for the machine and the diagnostics and repairs - and it gets better! West Way Vending has now BLOCKED me on **** from contacting them - about my reimbursement - any contact whatsoever... I purchased a frozen food vending machine- and it doesnt work! I am not able to accept CASH in my NEW machine, because the bill validate doesnt work - ive requested a new one from WEST WAY VENDING - and there has been ZERO contact. This is insane! From start to where we are now - this business has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. I just want my frozen food vending machine to keep things FROZEN, I just want to be able to collect my money from selling my food items - and this has been impossible to complete since the purchase of my machine on 2/2/23. This machine needs to be operational - and I need reimbursement and a bill validator for the machine - as advertised in the sale of the machine back in February. Blocking contact - because they do not want to deal with the business side of a business is unacceptable. I would give them -2/5 stars from start to finish and customer service - or lack thereof. Yes I want contact - yes I want them to be aware they have failed to hold up their end of our business transaction. My complaints will not go away - and this will be resolved one way or another. I am requesting your help in this matter - and hopefully it can prevent someone in the future from having to deal with this.

      Received a refurbished machine in June of 2022. The dollar bill changer operated for two weeks and quit. We have inspected the unit numerous times to no avail. I have left numerous phone messages and emails with the company over these past 10 weeks - crickets.

      We have been in business over 25 years and stand behind all of our products. As we have a warranty on this product we would be more then happy to assist in a replacement bill validator if it is indeed not working. We would need to troubleshoot with a tech on the phone before to make sure it is not user error, as in a lot of cases it is. I do not have any messages from this customer and apologize if they feel they have not been able to reach us. We are here to help and more then happy to get this resolved in a timely manner.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      • I sent several emails to the vendor which you (cencal.bbb.org) have copies of a few. All went unanswered.
      • I left several phone messages for Chandler Corbett – all went unanswered.
      • My desired resolution was stated as having the warrantied item repaired and to be contacted by the seller. My contact info – email address and phone – were left with each unanswered email. I have no records of the seller attempting to contact me. The response from the seller that he does not have any messages from me is inaccurate as proven by your copies of the emails. I suppose I could also pull phone records of calls made to their office.

       

      My desired resolution is to have the dollar bill changing unit repaired. The seller states in your correspondence that he would need the unit “troublshooted” by a technician over the phone – I’m not sure how that would work but my position is that that falls on the seller.
