    Ordered a 750S PRO directly from Yamee website. Received a wrong model older 750s (non pro). I had contact with the number listed on the website. That person agreed a wrong model was sent. Twice they stated a supervisor (possibly from *****) would contact me. I have heard nothing from any supervisor and no resolution so far. Many differences between the regular 750s and the 750s PRO.Easy search for that info. **************************************************************************************************************** Buyer beware. Now they are stating they sent the correct model despite the photo proof of all the missing upgrades to the pro model. ***** paint ***** fenders ***** battery ***** display ***** screws ***** connecting rod ***** brakes ***** controllerHopefully ****** will back my proof.

    I have purchased a Yamee Bike XL Plus on May 17, 2023. The bike arrived with severe and safety relevant damages. Without using the bike I tried to return the bike (as Yamee Bike assures its customers on their website), but the company would not let me return the bike. Instead they offered me a partial refund. After dozens of emails, I ultimately accepted, but only if Yamee Bike will still honor their one year warranty. They agreed. A few weeks later, the bikes controller and the battery showed signs of malfunction (controller did not work properly, battery discharged way to fast, etc.). I contacted their customer service 32 times, and never reached anybody. After many attempts I received a text message telling me that my issues will be forwarded to the support headquarter in ***** and I should be sending an email. I sent 16 emails and 25 further text messages. No response. I have asked my credit card company to provide their extended warranty, but they refuse because the Yamee Bike's warranty is still in place. I am now left with a dysfunctional bike and have no way to contact the company for remedies. Yamee Bike's offer of a warranty is a fraud and consumers in good faith should be informed about this scam. Reading the other reviews it seems to me that I am not the only one with such experiences.

    I bought an Electric bicycle from this company and it arrived two weeks late, and a component was broken already out the box. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. The bike still was not able to turn on after the new LCD screen replacement. I contacted them over 3 weeks ago and theyre not helping me at all find a solution to this issue. I keep contacting them but they reply once a week. They are being hard to work with. Its been almost two months since I got the bike and yet I still can not use it.

    My ebike arrived on July-29 2023 with MULTIPLE defects. Two serious safety issues. Two issues in the motor that left the bike inoperable. Shipping damage to the bike's frame. The rear air shock had a bad chamber, resulting in complete air loss. Will not hold air. I reported to Yamee within 12 hours of receipt. The motor on my bike cuts out under load, and cuts out under acceleration at 15MPH. Settings are set to a class-3 bike. I sent Yamee 3 videos documenting the problems. Initial discussions with customer support indicated they would send replacement parts. I rejected this option. I am not their bike repair service. I paid for a new, fully functional bike. Their sales terms and conditions clearly indicate they will refund or replace defective units. I requested an exchange for another bike (their policy). They refused to do this. And when I pushed them to follow their own policy, they went dark and no longer respond to my emails. Completely ghosted me. Their "phone number" goes straight to voicemail. My only option now is legal action, which is unfortunate.

    Before May 30, 2023, I entered **** chat with Yamee Bike about purchasing a new battery for a 2021 Yamee XL bike. The Yamee customer service ***** **** me, the battery would take a half a month to fabricate, then it would be shipped to **** paid $499 on 5/30/2023 to Yamee Bike for an e-bike battery with the order# ****. My complaint with Yamee, is It is now a month after June 14th, when the battery should've been shipped. I had been given the run around through ************* chat till July 13th when I received an email from Yamee, saying, "I'll let you know the tracking number once the logistics company sends it to me."Today is 7/16/2023, I still havent received any tracking Info. from Yamee Bike. Ive lost confidence in Yamee to actually provide me on a timely basis the commodity I ordered.
