    On April 19, 2025, I took my Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max to have the original glass screen repaired after it was dropped and damaged. By June, the screen had stopped recognizing my Face ID, and it would not respond to touch to light up. It started going dark during phone calls, and eventually, it ceased to turn on after calls, rendering me unable to access my phone. I returned to the establishment on June 19, 2025, to demonstrate the problem. The employee contacted his supervisor, and after a prolonged discussion, they informed me that there was nothing to repair at that moment, but I could return if the issue recurred. Unfortunately, the phone went black again on June 24, 2025, prompting me to drive back to the business. The same employee called his boss again and informed me that I was beyond the 30-day period. Nowhere on the repair receipt does it indicate a 30-day limit. I explained that I was advised to return if the problem reoccurred, which it did. The business owner is requesting that I pay again for a new screen, despite the fact that the one they installed is evidently defective, as it failed after only two months of use. I am now unable to use the phone at all, and it is merely two years old. The business should refund my money, as I will need to seek another service provider to replace the screen again. They did not provide any form of customer service ************************ nor stand by the products they purchase for installation on iPhones. Attached receipt clearly shows there is no 30-day period noted on the receipt from this business.
