      Ordered over ****************************************************************** cancel. Only got automated email saying they got request and will get back soon usually 1 day.Poor customer service. $315 down the drain. Wish I had researched vendor before placing order.

      Ripoff...100 dollar necklace looked more like $5. I returned immediately at my cost ** I couldn't find any return instructions. Find out there's a no refund policy...what? Weak **** league business practices. Now I have $100 to spend on nothing I would ever wear. Ugh. Buyer beware.

      So sorry to hear you are not satisfied. Our policies are in 3 places on our website and upon checkout. We accept returns within 14 days and provide an exchange option. We do this for all custom made handmade pieces. And return instructions are also in our shipping page, returns page, and in the invoice in your box. So sorry you were not able to find them.
