    Hired **** to draw up a very simple set of plans for a bedroom remodel in May of 2020. He requested 50% up front which I paid. On July 26th, after sever messages asking for a status update, **** called me with questions about the drawings but said he would have them to me with a few days. It is now the end of September and I still do not have plans.I have sent email, text messages and voice messages but have not heard back. I have attempted to call several times but it goes to Voice Mail but his mailbox is full. This leads me to believe there are likely other people also having issues with getting plans done.

    We apologize for the delay in getting drawings to you. I have emailed you the finished set for submittal as of 09-27-22/6:38pm. We included all of the submittal documents you will need to fill out when you take the plans in for submittal. We recognize that the drop in communication is on us and we will make sure to not allow that to effect your project in any manner moving forward. Sorry you felt that you had to reach out to the BBB to get a response. We recognized weeks back that we had not gotten to your project as soon as we had hoped and informed you we would not be billing you the remaining amount for the plans. In the 20 years we have been doing this I have learned not to do smaller projects like yours but, in an effort to help your situation I felt we could have squeezed it in and gotten it back out. We clearly were not able to. We hope that that you are able to move forward and recognize that no additional fee to you is a small token of our apology and sincere desire to always do right by our clients regardless of the outcome of a project. We fully understand that you were always more than willing to pay the balance and we are simply just trying to do what we can to make it right by you. Please let me know if there are any comments from the city and we will jump on them without delay. I do wish you the best and take full responsibility for the lack of service you received.
