    I am rejecting this response because:I have a competition of the smog inspection with a certification from ******************* on 2/8/24 and if necessary you may call or email ************* location ***************************************** ** ************ ask for ******************* email ************************ ask if a ****** catalytic converter is correct for a 1998 Jeep Wrangler federal application equipped with a single catalytic converter .

    To BBB,

    While the customer was here we brought him into our shop to show him how catalytic converters are looked up during a smog inspection, which includes a search on the *** database on a 32" computer screen.  ******** followed up with two phone calls that day stating he went to a muffler shop, they told him he had the correct converter, he also stated he took the vehicle to another smog station and it passed. The following day the customers significant other phoned in, we again explained the procedure to her.  She gave us her email address so we could email them our reference material.  We provided the customer with smog check inspection visual procedure out of most current smog check inspection manual for catalytic converters.  We looked converter up again confirmed wrong converter, we provided both links to *** website and described how we look converters up.  We had already contacted C*** through email, C*** confirmed incorrect converter, see C*** email attached.  We contacted the maker of the catalytic converter, Magnaflow # **************, Magnaflow confirmed incorrect converter.  We followed up with email of this info at 2:38PM to *****, customer stated on phone she would email us back and provide literature from muffler shop and copy of passed smog inspection which has not yet been received. 

    We have attached all items again for your reference.
