      This company is outstanding!!! They are truly what their names states...SERVPRO....PROFESSIONALS! They have such a hard working crew. Their office staff is amazing and works hard to keep each customer updated on the progress of their job. They do excellent, high quality work and work with your insurance to get you the all the coverage your policy gives you. Just all the way around nice, hard working, courteous, skilled team. I can't say enough good about SERVPRO of South Shasta County! Give them a call for any need you have and they will take care of you far above your expectations!

      Let me start by saying that the actual services that these people performed at my house was top notch. I have no complaints about the work they did. My main complaint is that I feel like they padded the bill quite a lot. When the workers came to my house to do the actual clean up, they arrived around 9 AM. At around 10:30 to 11, they left to go shopping at Lowes and did not return for an hour. They then worked from about 12 until 3:00 PM. By 3:30 they were finished and gone. Since there were two persons, all those manhours should be doubled. By my count, two hours before shopping, and three hours after shopping equals 5 hours total, times 2 equals 10 hours. Even if I add in the shopping time, we're only at 12 manhours total. I was billed for 18 manhours. They also billed me for construction grade trash bags at a rate of $25.00 each bag. I have a box of those bacs in my house, and they don't cost $25 per box, so I think this price is quite excessive. My recommendation would have to be that if possible, you avoid doing business with these people.
