Ive used this concierge legal service several times for filing court documents (e-filing through a third party is required by the court and *** is on its list of accepted providers. It should be removed! I have had nothing but headaches, delays, rejected filings, runaround and rudeness, my experiences are: After filing with onDemandLegal, email responses are inexplicably sent from A DIFFERENT ENTITY (greenfiling). However, greenfiling is not helpful and points you back to ODL. Neither entity is accountable. Ive asked that the entities work amongst themselves to resolve things like REJECTED COURT FILINGS and Its CEO ****** ******* has sent me a scolding e-mail stating never to make demands of his ("concierge service") employees (specifically, please do not make demands to anyone of our employees.) Filings get rejected and they do nothing about it other than tell you to contact the other company and pay AGAIN. This is the worst experience I've had in a long time and I wish I had never used them and want all moneys refunded

What Ms. **** was doing was submitting here efilings without concierge services. What Ms. **** does not understand is if the court rejects a filing, they do not charge the card she has on file. If she can produce a bank statement that provided, she was double charged we would be more than happy to provide her with a refund if a refund is in order. The issue that Ms. **** was having is she was not following the efilings requirements. Document size and quality etc Only after tech support told her what the issue was did she request concierge services. Ms. **** sent several versions of what she wanted filed along with her client and we eventually got what they wanted filed. As to the rudeness of our office, she has the email and it was professional. It was Ms. ****, not understanding the process that was being very demanding and pretty overbearing to the point that I had to let Mr. ******** her client, know that if she continued to behave in such a manner they would need to find a new EFSP from the many that are available on the courts website. If she cant find the email I sent, I will submit it in my next reply, if needed. In Fact, I will submit all the email exchanges if necessary. I look forward to any questions or concerns.
