    This place has the rudest more careless employees working there, I personally have never encountered such treatment as I have seen done to others as I watched this business dish out to the tenants of ******************* in ******* **********. This company fails to provide anything management related unless its in bill from. They care about money if anything. They lie to future and current tenant's on a daily basis as I have witnessed this first hand! They pick and choose which extra fee there going to add to your current rental fees owed and then charge you fees because now the extra added fee is now late so each late fee is $105! To pay by credit card or debit card online in the tenant portal they charge you a percentage of the amount just for the convenience! Not for yours but for their convenience. $40 dollars it costs to pay $700 through the portal the have setup on their web page. I can keep watching my friend get taken for by this company, we are going to start here then move our way up if needed.
