    Tenants should be careful when renting from this company. They often try to over charge tenants and make up reasons to get more money out of people. When asking them to prove the charges that they are trying to bill to tenants, they can not come up with invoices or receipts. They also do not give proper notices and increase rent often. People need to be wary of renting from them.

    We always keep records, receipts and invoices. In addition I can assure you that we stay within guidelines/compliance when serving notices and doing rent increases.

    Also, I have tried searching this individual up by name and email address but nothing comes up in our system. Could we please get an address in which they resided or reside at so we could do some more research to better respond to the complaint.
