    As of today I noticed without my permission or a warrentband paying two months for said storage unit the traingler sign back wall talking about not storing flammable or hazadest items in units had been ripped off the wall. I wish to be reimbursed for the amount of money I have paid for the unit since Dec.2024 at a total of 110. Oh and I will be continuing to rent this unit from this facility as long as this doesn't happen again I have also had socks believe or stolen out my unit as of today's date that we're in my unit as late as yesterday

    My name is ***** *****, and my sister, *****, and I own Cobblestone Mini Storage. I am writing to you about the letter from the BBB regarding complaint #********.
    After reviewing Ms. ******* claims, I must respectfully state that her assertions are inaccurate. Upon reviewing the surveillance footage from her unit, I confirmed that there has been no unauthorized ingress or egress. Additionally, the unit adjacent to hers has remained vacant throughout this period.
    Ms. ******* unit is secured with a padlock, to which we do not have a key. Our manager has been actively attempting to work with her to address her concerns. Ms. ***** has also mentioned in an email (attached below) that a pair of blue sweatpants were allegedly stolen from her unit.

    Not really sure but must have been in the last two two in half weeks but I have had a pair of blue sweat pants go missing from my storage and I'm the only one with the two keys! Now I had trouble like that with crown storage up on lake and I was forced to take matters into my own hands and now they have a ***** **** on their record that anyone can see checking that facility out! It seems I may have to do the same in this instance. Like I said no one has the keys but me besides that is my personal stuff in that storage and no one has the right to go into it without a warrant! You'll be hearing from somebody soon. I was hoping this wouldn't happen with your facility but it has! My things seems unsafe no matter where I put them I will be looking for another ther storage facility to move my clothes to because that is the only thing in there! Sincerely

    Cobblestone Mini-Storage has repeatedly failed to respond to email about updating my bill. I also called into office 3 times, and on 3rd try an employee said I would have have to email the owners to finish updating my bill.

    Mr. ******* seemed to have had a problem with his credit card that he set up for an Auto Pay on the 4th of the month. On the 4th the system ran his card which was denied as non-sufficient funds,  and a $20.00 non-sufficient fund charge was added to his account. 
    If he had called and left a message before that date regarding the problem with his card, I could have removed the Auto Pay before the system ran his card. 
    I sent out e mail to all customers on the 9th of the month reminding them that the 10th of Nov was on a Sunday that late fees would apply on the 11th of the month.
    Payment can also be made  at  *********************************

    I did not here from Mr. ******* until receiving a copy of his e mail from the owner on the 14th of the month which was sent out by Mr. ******* on the 13th     
    He was given a non-sufficient fee refund on the 15th of the month. The owner did not approve of removing any other charges. 

    11/15/24 a $20.00 non-*************** fee credit.  

    His monthly charge is $89.00, 11/11/24-late fee $15.00, 
    11/15/24-Pre-Lien fee $15.00 due for November  $119.00
    Paid on November 22, 2024

    There was no bill for $445.00
