This business does not do business correctly or honestly. I was quoted an amount for a radio install, backup camera and steering wheel controls, therefore, l paid him what was quoted which was nearly 3 thousand dollars. When I went to pick up my truck, he said he didnt do the backup camera or the steering wheel controls and I asked why not? He said because he didnt want to. This started an issue because why would he quote me an amount for something he never intended on doing? Of course he decides to not want to do these tasks after Ive already paid him?Not only did he not complete everything as promised, my check engine light came on as soon as I got my truck back. So I had to take the truck to a mechanic to diagnose the issue. They confirmed it was definitely due to the wiring that was not worked on properly. The radio he installed was done poorly, in fact, it sounded worse than before. So I just decided to ask for all of my money back and for him to remove everything that he did install. None of his work is currently in my truck. The owner only refunded me a portion of what I paid and not the full amount. Why would he not refund me all of my money for a job that was not completed and done incorrectly? Now Im going back and forth with the bank trying to get all of my money back which Im still unsuccessful to this day because he lied about offering me a store credit that I denied. This is a lie he never offered anything.

To whom it may concern, this customer did receive 2/3 of a refund on the work done, even after it says no refunds only store credit on the bottom of our receipts, which customer was offered and declined.  I have already answered this complaint.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be unsatisfactory. 2/3 refund was not agreeable this is what he decided to give. His labor is not worth 1000. Which is the amount he is wrongfully holding from me. After all the damages (which I have receipts from dealer about this matter.) He refused to refund me 100% of my money after following his request to return my vehicle so that he may uninstall his speaker box. All work performed in work order was never accomplished by the business yet he is still trying to take $1000 from me. He charged me $1000 for labor and $2000 for parts but the owner only did 40% of physical labor and yet trying to keep 100% labor costs. He persisted arguing with me about this amount so I left and agreed to a portion of pay in that meantime while we wait for banks to settle the matter. Which never got resolved. He lied to the banks and said that he performed all duties (when he did not) and lied about restock fee and labor fee. He was very unreasonable and did not perform all of his duties upon requested work order. In fact he did not even tally in the other duties I requested him to perform he just told me verbally he will do it and never did it. Took my vehicle back to him several times (total of 3) to fulfill the work and he never did. I offered to give him $400 for his labor and time which the business has denied. He wants to keep $1000 and is making thing very difficult. I will wait for the business to perform this action of remaining balance refund or that was falsely charged and not returned. If it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Regards,
