    Order place 12/22/2023 for left and right casement window locking handles. These casement locks were H3541 (left) and H3542 (right). The right ones were completely different than past purchases and did not match the left like they were supposed to. My husband and I contacted them via email on January 2nd and have yet to receive a resolution of any kind. They just say "no update". Well now my return window has closed with the place I bought the handles and I am stuck with these non matching handles. Supposedly primeline is going to send replacements, but after a month of "no updates" I am frustrated. I am more frustrated that I am out of $ now, and request them to refund me as well as send the replacement for their faulty product. These two handles need to be removed from the internet.
