  I hired ***** ****** ******** of Chansaerae Designs and Chansaerae Cabinets for project management, interior design and procurement services for the gut renovation of a home in the **********, ** area. She was paid on schedule for all furnishings and services required for the project. In my experience, ***** displayed a lack of integrity, accountability, and professionalism that cost me financially and emotionally, and negatively impacted the completion of my project. Towards the latter half of my project ***** became unresponsive and used deceptive practices to conceal behavior that borders on the criminal. She claimed to have purchased thousands of dollars worth of essential project furnishings, providing receipts and projected delivery dates from several merchants. After the delivery dates came and went without delivery of the items or notice from *****, I contacted two of the merchants to verify the orders. The merchants were unable to find any evidence ***** purchased any of the items as she claimed which suggests the receipts she provided were falsified. ***** was a poor project manager. She didnt communicate closely or routinely with her preferred contractor and in several cases gave incorrect measurements that required time and extra monies to be corrected. She left multiple aspects of my project incomplete, and she currently owes me thousands of dollars for flooring she was paid for but did not provide. ***** admitted to me via email she has not operated with integrity on my project, and cited challenges obtaining business relationships with vendors and merchants. For these reasons I suggest consumers and business owners avoid working with ***** ****** ******** of Chansaerae Designs and Chansaerae Cabinet in any capacity.
