    I purchased the product and was unhappy with the results the return policy said within 30 days. I contacted the seller 2 days after receiving the product and expressed my dissatisfaction to no avail because they would not honor the refund policy see the attachment. The product is weak and doesn't have the power needed to remove dead skin. The company should be shut down if you can't respect the patrons spending hard earned money.

    This business advertised their LUMI Electric Foot Grinder on TikTok and I decided to try it. Seconds after ordering it, I realized I could buy one somewhere else to try. I immediately called and sent several emails to cancel the order 1/3/2024. They ignored my email and voicemails for days and then emailed 1/7/2024 stating, Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel as your order is already on its way. It should arrive within the next few days. However, a shipping label was not created until about 24 hrs later, on 1/8/2024, and the order was delivered 1/23/2024. In the time it took them to ship, I got another, tried the product and was very dissatisfied. I initiated return the 1/24/2024, requesting return instructions and the business has refused to providing them, ignoring my emails for days on end. Im guessing this is a stalling tactic to ensure the 30 day window closes. They keep talking about their cancellation policy instead of their return. Not sure how many people they have done this to but it needs to stop. The address on the shipping label does not match the one on their website and rather than a company name, the label reflects just a first name. The address is also in the ** area so different from the business address. Im guessing this was done on purpose. I wanted to mail it back there but not sure it will deliver to the business. I simply want to return the product and be refunded.
