Took my wifes series 3 Apple Watch to get the screen repaired. Paid $108 to get a new screen installed on it. After picking up and charging her watch the screen didnt turn on. I took the watch back and they removed the screen to connect a part that wasnt properly connected. They supposedly glued the screen back on. After only having it back for a week or so the screen popped off. My wife is a teacher and was not even doing physical activity. I took the watch in and let the worker know what happened. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and that I would have to pay $80 to have another screen put back on. Even though I already paid $108 for the replacement screen. The warranty did not cover the screen that popped off and I would have to pay for another screen. He said that a connector got damaged and the new screen was not good. The warranty didnt cover the damaged connector. DO NOT take your devices here for repairs! These guys do horrible work and only care about making money. They do not care about their customers.

Dishonest business. The owner is a rude cheat who will lie to you, provide shoddy workmanship, and refuse to stand by their alleged warranty. Avoid this place if you value your devices of your sanity.

On August 10 I decided to get my PS5 controller fixed at RASelectronics I taped to the employee who told me they have a free diagnostic which then you are given a free estimate. He assured me he’ll call me the next day to which we agreed. The next day comes I received no phone call to which I call myself to ask about the diagnosis….to my surprise the employee tells me he “fixed” the issue. I’m taken back because my knowledge of understanding which was agreed upon was we tell you what’s wrong for FREE and then we proceed if the customer wants to pay. At this point I take a mental note because this service was not confirmed by me so I didn’t ask to pay for anything yet. He then proceeds to tell me MY controller would cost $25 so I say okay i’ll pick it up as soon as I can. Come Monday my relative goes to pick the controller up for me they are told it’s $45 from the store owner Cesar remember that name. My relative messages me and says hey did you know the price went up and I reply “No” because of course not the employee said twice the price would be $25. So he calls the employee to say “Did you call them back after the diagnosis”. The employees respond no loud and clear on the phone. He then apologizes and gives my relative the controller for the agreed upon amount of $25. I get the controller back to test and the controller doesn’t work still so nothing was fixed even though I just paid for a service that I didn’t agree to.I call the store to say hey what happened. Cesar then starts to become mad saying I lied about them not calling back alluding to say I lied which I have the call logs to prove it. He then hangs up in my face for no apparent reason except he was upset. It took me back because I’m thinking how dare he be this rude and smug after his business messed up. During the conversation I asked him don’t the have a lifetime warranty on repairs he states “yes”. He then calls me a liar and scammer saying it’s a different controller.I’ve never been so disgusted. Scam
