      In June 2012. I went to sign the ***** with my VA Disability letter in hand. I was told by ************************************* from Mountain West Financial **** to bring a Cashier Check of $8500 I DID. when I got to the office a lady was there only. I asked why I needed to bring a Cashier Check. She DIDN'T say nothing, but walked over and called *************************************. HE SAID TO ME ON THE ****** "DON'T WORRY YOU GOING TO GET IT BACK IN 90 DAYS." I called in 90 days Mr ************************************* said, "I DIDN'T SAY THAT, CALL ME IN 9 MONTHS AND I WILL REFINANCE IT FOR YOUR VA BENEFIT. I DIDN'T GET MY DEED UNTIL 2020. I COULDN'T figure out what was going on with my PAYMENTS WASN'T MOVING. I called the VA, and BEFORE I CAN EVEN START TELLING THE ***** THEY SAID FRAUD. ************************************* HAD DOUBLE DIP. I PAID CLOSING COST AND THEY PAID CLOSING COST * I lived in my car and shelters for 8 years in **. Then to ********** in Affordable Housing for 21 year. My dream was to ALWAYS OWN A HOUSE. * I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T TRUST HIM BECAUSE I REALLY DIDN'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT BUYING A HOUSE AND HE COULD SCAM ME MY HEART WAS VERY RIGHT..* I kept feeling in my heart Mr ************************************* had took ADVANTAGE OF MY MENTAL STANDARD. I SERVED IN **** I INJURED. MY HEAD. MY SPEACH SLUR SOMETIMES, OTHER HALF TIME I CAN'T PROUNCE WORDS CORRECTLY L. MY HAND SHAKES BADLY. ************************* PLAYED ON MENTAL STANDARD.When I did the MY ***** it was his wife name on it ********************************* UNDER STATELINE FUNDING CORP. He DIDN'T put his name on NOTHING,, or Mountain West Financial **** BUT I WAS ALWAYS CONVERSATIONING WITH MR ************************************* (NMLS# ******) ONLY FROM MOUNTAIN WEST FINANCIAL *** L. NOT HIS WIFE.HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME TWICE. THE CLOSING COST, AND VA BENEFIT. VA PAID FOR CLOSING COST AND I PAID FOR CLOSING COST.* ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY PLACE ON MY HOUSE.THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. ***** BARN9.
