      Due to a recurring billing issue our payment is overdue. We always pay by credit card over the phone. We are a small animal welfare non-profit and do not have someone authorized to pay that lives within 50 miles. It is used by volunteer animal rescuers. They refuse to let us pay off the inflated bill by phone. They say we must pay in person, in cash, or they will seize our animal rescue items and auction them off. Further they are charging us $100s in fees to access if we do come in person and pay cash.

       I am rejecting this response because: The simply extorted our non-profit organization and effectively stole from us. They did not care one wit about the complaint or action from the BBB and did exactly nothing in regards to it.

      Hello, in regards to this complaint just to bring to your attention this is about a tenant who has been late on payments since last November. They signed a month-to-month lease agreement that states where all late fees are applicable after so many days according to ********** Pre-Lien and Lien laws. After being 31 days past due of non payment ********** Lien law along with our lease agreement signed by tenant states all the late fees and lien fees that were part of the complaint and as policy any units in the Lien process have to be made in cash. This was something not done directly to this customer but the outcome of non-payment. As for now the matter has been resolved meaning payment was made to bring balance to current.
