I ordered new wheelchair tires from this company in July 2023. The staff member measured my existing tire size when taking the order. They finally delivered them 3 months later but they were the wrong size. A new staff member measured my tires again, but when they delivered the new tires in December they were the wrong size again. In the process of delivering the new tires he punctured one of my existing wheelchair tires and refused to fix it and told me I could just push on a flat tire and berated me in my own home. I called the office and the staff member I spoke did not care that this employee literally left me immobile and offered no immediate corrective solution. They still havent provided me with my new correct size tires and its January **** and paid for them in full in July 2023 nor have they done anything to correct their staff members incorrect measurements (the wrong size orders have been their fault each time.)

client is not stating the facts. Her ****** approved the repair on ***** and we ordered parts, we went to home on ***** to make install and we did notice the tires were ordered wrong. my technician could not install the new tires because her tube was flat so he left the home and went to a bike shop to purchase an extra tube and fixed it on the same day. He could not install the new tires but installed her old tires so she could use her chair. we then returned on 1-16-2024 to install the correct size tires and client is refusing to sign our delivery ticket of job completed. the amount of claim is also her share of cost that the ******mpany deducts from our final claim. we can't bill for it as she is refusing to sign delivery ticket. we have a new wheelchair pending approval but if she refuses to sign delivery ticket for job completed we might not be able to continue as the new chair order is custom and we will not be able to return and or bill for it if she continues to refuse of signature.
