    On December 16, 2024, I had scheduled to get my carpet cleaned from S.W. Carpet Cleaners, a company I had used in the past. They came and picked up my carpet from my home on the same day and I paid $300 for a carpet deep cleaning using the Zelle provided to me by the person picking up the carpet. The new year came and I had still not received my carpet back. After a week of calling both ************ (the company) and ************ (the person who picked up the carpet) they finally returned the carpet on January 7, 2025 and charged me a delivery fee of $50 using the same Zelle. The carpet was returned exactly as it had been picked up and was not cleaned. For over a week, I called the company at ************ at first to see if they could send someone to actually clean it and after not getting a response I continued to call to get a refund. Every time I called they would say the manager would call me back in the next two days, sometimes saying they would call me in the afternoon, because he was the only one that could provide a refund but I would never get a call back. Sometimes the receptionist would just hang up.
