    I ordered a mailbox from home *********. We installed it and disposed of our old mailbox. We did not realize until a few days later that the door was bent and the paint was already scratching off where the handle was as well. The door does not move up and down well. I Tried to reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement because well I cannot simply "return" the mailbox. We got rid of our other mailbox and do not have a replacement. I also do not want to purchase another one without getting a refund for the damaged one. The manufacturer was no help and neither was **********. All I am asking for is to be sent a new mailbox that is NOT damaged so that I can return this other one!! It's not that much to ask for I don't think!

    I have talked with ******* and she has returned the mailbox to **********. She appreciated me contacting her and I am handling the way this was handled with **************** **** I let her know if there is anything I can do in the future to please let me know. I feel she is ok with everything now. If you need the emails that we sent back and forth I will be happy to send those or if she needs to contact you I will have her to.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They sent me a replacement mailbox and made it right. Thank you!

    Hello,

    I am just being made aware of this problem. I have contacted the customer and apologized. I asked them to please send me the address they want the mailbox and post shipped to. A replacement will be shipped to them as soon as I receive the address. This should have already been replaced. We do honor our products and make sure our customers are 100% satisfied.

    I have 3 mailboxes from this company. The boxes came with lifetime warranty. In the first year they all failed and company replaced all 3. The new boxes all failed after a year as well. They then sent me 3 Different style boxes under the warranty. Now all 3 boxes are failing again. The company refuses to replace them again. I originally bought 3 mailboxes with lifetime warranty and I want 3 replacements under the warranty but company is refusing my request.
