I bought a 6-month subscription ($169.13) as a gift for my nephew in December 2023 (Raddish Kids). I found it odd that I kept getting notices of more shipments going out near the end of 2024, but then noticed in my bank statements that a separate entity (Raddish 190th) had been charging my card twice in 2024. This is unacceptable. When I got in touch with someone named Mo at ************************************ he assured me in writing that it had been cancelled (and they sent back a small refund), but I got notice AGAIN TODAY that another shipment is on the way to my nephew who doesn't even want this stuff. I thought this was a cooking subscription but it is just a series of plastic junk that gets mailed along with a shopping list. The whole thing is a scam. Attached, please find a copy of the charges and single refund to my checking account.

They keep emailing ****************** for a different customer's account. Attempts to have them stop emailing us have been unsuccessful.

Signed up for a 3 month subscription as a gift for my niece in December of 2022. At the time, there was no "auto-renew" notice on the payment page. Even if there had been, ********** law updated their auto-renew law in 2022 stating that businesses have to warn of the auto renew. nature of the subscription prior to any billing information being plugged in (not in fine print at the bottom of the payment). In addition, the warning must be in the same font size and clear for the reader. The company must also send a separate email under the federal law clearly stating the nature of the subscription. This company kept auto renewing the original subscription (and at a higher price then when I originally purchased the gift). Ultimately they charged me over $300 for subscriptions that my niece did not even receive because she moved. I've emailed the company several times and all Ive received in return is a screen shot of their "policy" (which did NOT appear on my screen back in December 2022). In addition they sent random pdf documents claiming they were "renewal notifications" that went to my email address (as another complaintant stated here) but there was no indication those business "flyers" were sent to my email at all. Really dissapointed because my niece really enjoyed the gift. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED ORDER CONFIRMATION WHICH CONTAINS NO INFORMATION REGARDING AN AUTO RENEW AND STATES THE MEMBERSHIP IS ONLY 3 MONTHS LONG.

I purchased this subscription service for a gift in December for my nieces. In December, the options were a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. I have been charged twice now for $108 dollars. I never wanted this subscription to be anymore the 3 months. In order for this to be used as a gift and for my bother and my nieces to use the content, I had to out my brothers email in for the account information. There was NEVER ANY information that this would be a subscription that would Auto-Renew. Their website is completely different now, they do not even give the option for the 3 month subscription. I would have never purchased it if I knew it would be an auto-renewal service. I would like to receive a refund of $108 dollars.
