    Yesterday (November 17, 2023) I went to get my tires changed. I expect at a car garage there to be plenty of language and activity that isnt necessarily politically correct in 2023, and thats okay. But yesterday when I was waiting in the office for them to evaluate my tires, I heard two employees in the back office speaking loudly and saying very racist jokes. They said very derogatory words including the n word (these folks were both white) and lots of uncomfortable interactions. I do not think this is okay at any time let alone when these people are WORKING.

    I am sorry to hear about the experience you had at our shop on the Nov17th, we certainly do not want this type of behavior in our shop and have had a shop meeting with the entire staff to remind them of our company code of conduct, and to remind them they are at work and to be professional, courteous and respectful to all.  Once again, I'm very sorry for this incident and will continue to work and train staff on this matter.
