    I wrote the below to Big Panda. I condensed it from the original for space:BigPanda, I am working with a referrer, ***************************** *****, learning to optimize apps. My first combo app was in a test account. I am familiar with the consequence. I encountered another combo app in my first 40 and was able to resolve it. In my second 40 I encountered 3 combo apps, the second two in succession; the 26th, 29th and 30th app were combo apps.Big Panda's terms Combination Apps are made up of 1 to 3 Apps, the system will randomly assign Combination Apps, and the user has a higher chance to get 1 or 2 Apps in Combination.Can the system "stack" three combo apps almost one right after the other? In my 1st 40, I prepaid $1514.06 to cover the minus, in my 2nd 40 I prepaid $4970 to cover the 1st minus and prepaid $17000 to cover the second minus. When I began to optimize my 38th of 40 apps I got another combo app, taking my balance to $ *********. I am now broke and do not have the financial means to complete this advance. Customer Support is useless and states, "you just need to complete your advances as soon as possible and can complete your combo app"I don't understand how Big Panda can enlist the help of users when this happens to them and they find themselves in a financial pinch. I made a suggestion to Customer Support as follows, "I suggest a pop up be added stating a user has encountered a combo app and indicate that it will cause a negative point balance of $######.##. Allow a user to either continue because they have the money to cover the deficit or discontinue/bypass the combo app so he or she can continue to optimize, earn money and produce for BigPanda."I see no reason why an organization, BigPanda, would require users to sacrifice their financial stability to be able to produce for the company. I am looking for some help here because I am at a loss. The only way I can cover the deficit is if I take out a 2nd mortgage on my house and this should not be.
