    Horrible policies. I will never do business with this company again. I paid for a year subscription but failed to put in the calendar when to cancel. (figured they would let me know when it's time to renew!) I guess this is one of those companies that is trying to make a money grab from customers who don't need their service any longer. Not sure if they are on the exchange but I will be shorting this company if so.

    We have used them for >5 years and when I wanted to download and cancel my account they said you can only download 1TB/mo There is no practical reason for this so in order to retrieve my 22TB of data I have to subscribe for 22 more months at $48/month to get all my data. Essentially they are holding my data hostage for $1000 and 22 months. What a scam! Is there a law that prevents them from doing this.
    Avoid this company at all cost!!!!

    Literally will not let us cancel. We waited for the 12 month term and they will not allow it. Stay far away from a company like this.

    I just tricked by exactly same manner as other has reviewed here. They charged me for 540$ for signing 15$ monthly. And then I received e-mail from some scoundrel named **** ***** from their support refusing to refund or cancel service and in my bbb complaint, that same person lied he will take care of it. Stay away from this place!

    I will never use Box, Inc. again. I thought I was signing up for a yearly subscription that cost $75 for the year, but it ended up being $900. I requested to cancel my subscription for the months that I have not used the account, but they refused. I also am working with my credit card company to dispute the charges. I have never had a company refuse to give you a refund for buyers remorse that was within 30 days. Do not use this company. They are scam artists.
