    We bought a UAV (drone) from Skyfront, the Peremiter 8 in beginning of april. I am based in ********* so I did the trip to ********** to do the training and pickup the equipment. We paid a total of ******** USD to skyfront including the training. We did a quick test on the field to check if the drone were ok, and at this moment it was working as expected. But when I returned in ********* and tried the drone, this one failed and got issue from the first day. So we asked support from the manufacturers but all their advices didnt change anything to our problem, the drone remain unusable and very dangerous. They proposed to bring back the drone to ** and repair it but we lost all trust in the equipment and do not want to risk the equipment that is carried by the drone (about 150k USD) so we asked them to take back the drone and refund us only the equipment price (means that I am not asking them to refund also the training and my trip expenses to ***). The drone and the maintenance kit is about ******** USD. But they proposed to refund only 50% of this amount. we feel like we were scammed And need assistance to solve this problem. Mostly because of this issue with the drone, we estimate our lost about ****** USD because our client canceled one of our contract due to this issue and we spend a lot of money trying to follow the advice of skyfront and try to solve the problem.

    We worked with the customer day-and-night to remotely diagnose the issue. We eventually concluded there was a problem with poor fuel quality on the remote island where the drone was operating, rather than an issue with the product itself. Regardless, we offered a full refund as requested and the customer has since accepted.
