      We purchased a yellow sack and pre paid for a pick up, which was guaranteed to happen on 4/26. Per the companys webpage, pick up is guaranteed. The bags were never picked up and yellow sack did not reach out to reschedule. We have called a dozen times during operating hours, left half a dozen messages, and emailed three times and have not heard from the company. We would like to request that yellow sack not only pick up our order, but also refund what we paid since the standards were not met.

      On December 30, 2023, this companys truck sped down our residential street with its crane left up. The crane pulled on the utility wires on our street causing them to snap and dislodge. This left many homes without power and/or internet service. The wires attached to my home snapped and hit my car, damaging it. Yellowsack fled the scene before the fire department arrived. I found a website for Yellowsack and left them multiple voicemails. However, they did not return any of my calls. I emailed them and attached multiple photos and videos depicting the incident and damage. Yellowsack ignored my email. A week later, I finally received an email from the support team, asking whether my car camera had recorded the incident. I emailed back and explained that my car was parked and secured in my driveway with the sensory mode (camera) disabled to preserve its battery life, therefore no video footage existed from my car. Regardless, this was inconsequential since multiple photos and videos of the incident already existed and had been provided to Yellowsack, including stills of video showing the exact location of the snapped wire above my car, how it had traveled down the right side of my car, and aligned with the damage it had caused. Repairs cost me $375. Again, Yellowsack, ignored me. Weeks went by, I finally received an email from the support team. The email was very short. It did not address the detailed evidence I had provided them. Instead, the email stated only that they were unable to move forward with assessing the damage because they needed video footage from my car knowing it did not exist. This company is run by criminals. They caused serious damage to multiple homes on my street that required the fire department to respond. They fled the scene before authorities arrived, and when confronted with overwhelming evidence against them, they ignored the facts and pointed to non-existing and inconsequential evidence to escape responsibility.
