    On April 4, 2024 Deepdyve Research took $59.00 from my banking account. I tried to call and only got the voicemail. I left a message for someone to contact me. I then sent an email to their customer service and someone responded saying they do offer refunds within the first 30 days but that I couldn't have my money back because my account was sent to chargeback and therefore they were blocked from refunding my money. That is a lie because I have not contacted my bank about this charge yet. Now I no one will respond to my emails or phone calls. They said my account had been deleted but that is also a lie because I can still login and see my account is active.

    This user signed up for two week free trial and did not cancel by the end, so their credit card was charged. They wrote to complain and we attempted to refund them, but because the charge was still processing we were unable to complete the refund. The code the bank returned to us was the same code as they return when there has been a chargeback, so we asked them to check with their bank. By the next day the charge had processed and we were able to give them a refund.

    I have request for someone to contact me so I can cancel my subscription and no one will contact me back. I used my work email to start my account and I can no longer receive emails from this company due to the security risk/block. I have reached out number times and I am still be charged $49 a month. I was charged last month and today.
