  I use to call Evernote my little black book. I stored all my professional and personal information and have over 700 notes. Now Evernote is allows game pop *** to instantly and continuously appear the second you open the App, there's no X option to delete it. Therefore, you are held hostage and have no access to your notes in Evernote. They want to force you to buy their membership and people that have bought it still have issues with the App. Please help.

  I filed a service ticket 15 business days ago - never received a response. The only phone number I could find is "not in service". The fee has nearly doubled from last year - $94 to $179, but the company's automated emails indicate that they've gutted their customer service department ("We are currently restructuring the Evernote Customer Support department").I want a pro-rated refund for my annual subscription. The software is impossibly bloated and virtually unusable on my 8GB laptop. Completely unable to access any kind of support in any way. I would not be surprised if the company went bankrupt in the next few months, as it sure seems like the wheels are falling off. I honestly feel like I've been scammed.Totally unsurprised to see that the BBB rating is so low. Just appalling.

  Re: Evernote. I understand my issue isnt the same as I've read on the BBB site In September 2023 I upgraded my account to a personal plan so January first **** I would not not lose all my content. Consequently I was also in the middle of a an urgent residential move and I forgot my password, not too soon after upgrading my account, and I had apparently lost my associated email with Hotmail, it's not retrievable.I tried to contact Evernote for almost two months but this business is not reachable.I finally reached out to JustAnswer.com and through their tech was given a contact that I couldn't find on my own. I got along with his help then without.Two things I cannot give them: My old IP address. I moved. No ****** receipt, no ****** Play, No ****** receipt that I've ever received. I'm going to assume it's in the Hotmail account that no longer. I gave them my bank statement redacted everything, but the transaction with the name Evernote as part of the transaction. It would seem that their whole intention is to run circles around their paying customer, I don't know a court of law in this land that wouldn't accept a bank statement for proof of purchase. Prospective Evernote customers should know about their lack of support, they are unreachable to the personal plan customer.They Must operate as if they run circles around the customer the customer will just get fed up and tired and go away. I rounded up my time involved in trying to solve this issue and it comes out right about 9 weeks.Counting. I am still here.I would have preferred to leave no stars.

  As other reviewers have noted, the sneaky price increase is maddening, and I, too, have had no luck in finding a way to talk to a live person. The account just renewed four days ago, which is how I found out about the price increase. I have cancelled my subscription, but want my money back. I have spent WAY too much time trying to navigate their circuitous system, and so I'm turning here to see if that gets any results. I would leave a zero star if I could.

  Not sure why a one star is worthy for this company. This company does not have a phone number or anyway to leave a message so they can contact me. They have ripped me off by charging me in Euro's . I do not advise anyone to purchase any products from this company . They are a bunch of thieves

  I've been an Evernote customer for years. My last bill went jumped up to $129.99 in 2023 from $69.99 in 2022. A relative's subscription is $53.29 for 2023. I've tried to contact the company to have them explain the differences in the charges but it's IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a human. Their BOT is useless! Their support page is just links to FAQs or the **** I hate to lose my clippings but I cannot continue doing business with a company whose customer service is nonexistent.
