The lock does not function properly. I've sent probably 8 to 10 photos and 4 videos depicting the lock. I've also responded to numerous emails to their support. Of which they have given no support for the issues. I've sent videos of the lock without the lock portions showing that the motor itself can move the lock, but once adding the lock it fails. They have offered no solutions to this lock not working. I would like to send it back for a refund at this point since they will not support it. I can supply all the pictures and videos again if needed.Initial Complaint

Our lock is not working. Ive spent hours on calls and 21 emails so far with them. Ive provided multiple videos, photos and anything else they have requested. They are giving me the run-around. My product is under warranty. It will not work whether the door is opened or closed. At this point I would like a refund. Ordered the level bolt which was listed as compatible with our current lock. However, during installation, it became apparent that this is not true. I attempted to start a return, but after providing all of the requested information over the course of several back and forth emails, the company stopped responding and provided no further instructions on how to return the lock (conveniently right as we were approaching the end of the 30 day return window). It has now been 14 days of radio silence despite my sending 4 emails requesting further assistance. I have now started the process of disputing my payment through *****************Initial Complaint

The bolt lock purchased does not live up to the promise of convince as a keyless lock. the product has major issues such as:-battery draining -bad connectivity/slow to no response with app Ive had my product replaced once and have experianced new problems with concavity response.Ive researched this issue and many others have complaints about this product,this product creates more issue and threatens safety with its slow response to unlock or many attempts before working.Initial Complaint

I have purchased level lock plus, they had design defects. I have told them whatever they asked me, and they are asking the same thing again, and Again. Under warranty they supposed to replace my device, but they are just keep asking. They are not honoring my warranty request and just postponing the requestInitial Complaint

Had level lock installed by ******** Contacted support with two tickets regarding defective lock. First time they stated the level home had sent defective batteries and send me 2 new batteries. This did not resolve problem. Next time they stated problem was old firmware and sent me new batteries so could update firmware. Again this did not resolve problem. Now stating problem is that ******* did not install lock properly or door got effected by weather. And that I need to cooperate with "troubleshooting" but to date not clear on exactly what I should do. Considering that they have F rating not expecting any help from company but wanted to add this experience so other consumers can be informed. Not sure why ******* is using such a company that treats its customers this way but they apparently are investor. I will also submit bbb complaint with ******* that company is accusing them of bad installation, they should end their relationship with for poor customer service.Initial Complaint

I have a new email address so contacted Level to update it because there is no way to do so in the app. They refused over and over and over to update my email address. They claim that they "have no way to update an email address" and that the only thing I can do is reprogram every single lock in my house. I do not believe that they cannot update an email address. All systems everywhere can update an email adress.Initial Complaint

I purchased this item through Best Buy. I had their professional team install it. It worked for 3-4 days then my phone and the app would not connect to the lock. I emailed the company after trying to troubleshoot. After 4 weeks now I keep getting the runaround about the issue. First I reset the device, gave them model/SN requested. I sent over a dozen ***************** of errors on the app, the door, etc. On one email they claimed it was an "installation issue because the plate was not flush". However, I explained it worked for days and its a connectivity issue. After 3 weeks they finally found the issue was with the apple iOS update and they are "working on it". I asked the company for a refund because I cant return it to Best Buy with the return window passed while trying to work on this with them. They refuse. They also now are sending the original generic messages for me to reset the lock and troubleshoot again. It has been 4 weeks. After taking multiple pictures/videos and literally telling them they were wrong it wasnt a mechanical issue, they figure out I was correct. Now I am back to square 1 with this company. I have been locked out of my house, I have had to go in through the garage, eventually I started carrying a key again so I can even get into my house. They refuse to really assist or refund me and I have a defective device. I would like the company to refund me and I will happily send them their defective (not worth it device).Initial Complaint

In October of 2022 I installed Level Home lock on my front door. It did not work properly for over two months and I ultimately had to replace it with another different lock. Throughout the trial period with Level, I continued to call support with minimal help. The main issues involved safety: the door would randomly unlock without my prompting, and when I went to touch to unlock it often didn't work, which is the main function the technology advertised. The product does not fulfill its claims. The company doesn't acknowledge its deficits. What's more, the company has used deceptive marketing to hide one-star reviews, which resonate with my personal experience. Level has not helped me with the return process or sought any input from me on why and how their product was problematic and unsafe. They should not be selling or profiting from this awful product anymore.Initial Complaint

I recently got a new home and have been trying to troubleshoot the Level Bolt for 3 three weeks. Every time I call customer service it tells me to hold and after about 20 mins it hangs up. *** tried the call back option and still havent heard from this company. *** even tried chat support, it just kept loading for 20 mins. I would love for this company to have some type contact information that is valid. I would like to get my Level Bolt fixed asap. 3 weeks of consistent calling and havent spoken to one human being at this company.
