    Mobile game advertiser pushing gambling ads at my niece and nephew while playing a solitaire card game. Not acceptable in any case whatsoever.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry for the inconvenience that you have experienced regarding our services. Like all Demand Side Platforms, our product uses data and algorithms to target specific user segments ensuring ads are served to the most relevant audience. As a standard practice, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. Further, we do not allow children to register for our services. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To do this, we need more information that was not mentioned in your initial complaint. Can you please provide us with the following:

    1. Could you please provide us with the name of the app where you are seeing these advertisements?

    2. Who owns the device that was being used to access the app? 

    3. Who owns the account in the app that was being used to access the solitaire card game?
