5 starsMy family has been using this service for at least six years, and we always recommend it to our friends and extended family. Ive never heard a complaint. I personally experienced a situation where our flight was canceled, and we had to rebook and stay overnight. The company was very accommodating and even paid for our hotel. I should have given my review sooner, but I usually dont write reviews. However, it hurts to see such an unjust review being posted. I cant recommend this company enough.Review fromScott Z

1 starThis company is a scam!This company is a scam. They use miles to book flights and you will not get what you bargained for. They could not help us when our flight was cancelled. We had to buy a new ticket on another airline and 4 months later, I am waiting for my refund. Stay as far away from this company as possible.Review fromJim P

I have never flown to Europe before using business class and I look at a few websites and called two to compare prices. *** at ChealFirstClass.com was the cheapest. Even after I booked with *** he was ALWAYS available via phone or text to handle ANY issues. In fact we had to change a flight and in less than 30 minutes *** got us a better flight. Great customer service! We will always use *** in the future. In fact I also learned from *** that he can book flights for us using our credit card points/miles! Thanks ***!CheapFirstClass.com

The company advertises Cheap First Class tickets. But in actuality charges 33% more than the cost of the ticket.CheapFirstClass.com
