    Joined Reputation Defender (RD) almost a year ago. Spoke with ****** ****** to see how it all worked and explain what my concerns were in wanting my personal info taken down. I was assured that this will happen and everything sounded just like what I was looking for. He promised to remove my personal info and chargd me $1000.00. I signed on with their promise of sending me a quarterly report. ****** did connect with me and told me everything was fine and my info was in removal mode. Then *** ***** took over my account. ****. Not a problem. I did receive some reports but they told me nothing I didn't already know. Never spoke with ***. All I wanted was my data removed and if that was happening then I was fine. I made no further requests of RD. I trusted they were doing what they said they would. Early 2025, I got an email from *** asking about my renewal, which was still 3 plus months away. I said I was not sure and to get back to me as the date got closer. I eventually contacted *** in early ****** asked for a re-price and he upped the price by $200.00 and I started to not feel comfortable and wanted to know more. He was not forthcoming with my concerns. I ******d my name and shockingly, all my personal information was right in my face, everything from every site ** had promised my info would be removed. This was just a few days ago and I am still under the yearly contract. Contacted ***, he told me "he disagreed" and I then sent him a copy of the first ****** page of many pages. He claimed I was reading it wrong, that I didn't understand whatever. I was very angry and yet he was still presuring me to sign up for another year and he would send a docusign for me to sign. He took no responsibility, and put the **** on me. I sent the ****** page, never contacted me again. I am livid as I trusted RD and course the loss of my money which was a total waste. They never performed the service for a year that was promised. He never apologized for what happened.

    I was sent an email from this company that appeared to be from another company I had done business with (*********************). I filled out a review that I thought was internal, but it turned out to be a public 3rd party review. The review is not a reflection of how I feel about the company, and there doesn't appear to be any way to correct the review or remove it.
